Build lasting friendships and skills that will stick with you for life

Whether you start playing the game at five or join later in life, squash has lessons and founding principles that are applicable across a wide number of sports and your general life.

Those involved in our beloved game can develop self-discipline, determination and construct a foundation of fitness and skill that will last a lifetime.

Haley Mendez; Team USA, Gloucestershire Squash Women’s Team and World Number 41.

“Fiona was there in New York when I was 12/13 years old and falling in love with squash. And she helped foster that love of that game for me in that community and I credit her a huge amount for my love of the game. I've come full circle now I'm here in Cheltenham and working with her again. It's very special!”

Craft successful habits which that can positively influence mental and physical wellbeing

The lessons that can be learned from squash don’t just apply to the game. Being taught from a young age how to look after your general health, especially from a fitness perspective is one of the major benefits of our game.

With practises that can be completed on your own or with up to four people on a court - as well as other important elements such as flexibility and fitness, squash encapsulates all of these training methods and gives you the blueprint to a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
