Corporate Sponsorship
It’s my belief that every child has a talent for something, and to find it, they need to have opportunity.
Ask any single parent or low income families how difficult it is find a sport that their children can learn outside of school hours that is affordable, indoors, frequent, and that has development programmes for all ages led by qualified coaching staff. Blimey, what about club membership, kit and court fees? Yeah, that too.
I have a reasonably paid job and providing all those things for my son is a considerable investment, but an investment nonetheless. But what about those parents who want to invest in their children and give them the opportunity to belong? I have worked voluntarily in schools that are full of low income families and the parents will do anything for the love of their children.
The kids and parents want to continue after our 6 weeks delivery programme but I know they simply can’t afford what comes next. I can’t tell you what that feels like, especially for those talented kids who will never be able to be the best they can be. That is why I want you to ‘help us-help them-help you’ The next generation is your company’s future.

What will this look like?
We’ve seen initiatives like our own work across the pond in New York thanks to the great work of programmes like those showcased in the Squash Skills video, A Bronx Tale, which you can view below. It demonstrates the model we are trying to replicate in Gloucestershire to create a more inclusive sport and help those from lower income backgrounds reap the benefits of squash.
